❓Issue/Question

  • Why did a game in LoL take so long to finish?
  • Why did the team-won-game or series-ended-game event take so long?
  • What can I do in such cases?

💻Environment/Context

  • Series Events
  • LoL

🥚Cause

  • There is a known issue in the source data where the game-ending event doesn't trigger in a fraction of cases
  • We have processes in place to mitigate this and make delays as small as possible (possibly a few minutes)

👌Resolution/Answer

  • For League of Legends you can also use team-completed-destroyNexus event as a trigger on your side if it works for your implementation
